Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we make every effort to meet scheduled timelines, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material delivery delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any necessary schedule changes promptly.
Site Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that the site is ready for our crew. This includes removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal items from the work zone. You must also ensure that we have access to water and electrical outlets if needed for the project.
Permits and Approvals
Unless otherwise specified in your contract, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals for your project. We can assist you with permit applications for an additional fee if requested.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties on our services as specified in your written contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, ground settlement, freeze-thaw cycles beyond normal expectations, or acts of nature. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
FWD Wakefield Concrete carries appropriate insurance coverage for our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, pre-existing property damage, or conditions beyond our control. We recommend contacting Dig Safe before any excavation work begins.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor completed. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been specially ordered for your project.

If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work together to find a fair solution. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
